A full insurance package is included in our rates. All rental agreements include an insurance package with zero excess. The renter bears no responsibility for any damage caused to the car, provided they comply with the terms and conditions of the rental.

The package includes:

  • Full Damage Waiver (FDW)
  • Third Party Insurance (TPI)
  • Theft Protection (TP)
  • Fire Protection (FP)
  • Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
  • Glass Damage Coverage (GI)
  • Roadside Assistance and Accident Care

Drivers must be between 23 & 75 years old. The minimum age for car rental is 23 for all car categories, except for SUVs, where the driver must be at least 25 years old upon collection.

Upon collection of the vehicle, you must present the following documents:

  1. A valid driving license for all declared drivers, which must have been issued at least one (1) calendar year prior to the collection date.

  2. Your Police ID Card (National Identity Card) or your Passport (both must be valid).

Our company enforces a strict non-smoking policy in all our vehicles. A special cleaning fee will be charged to the renter if a returned vehicle requires extra care to eliminate any evidence of smoking.

No. Our rates include unlimited mileage.

Our fuel policy is “Same to Same”

You must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it had when you collected it. In the event that the fuel level is lower, you will be charged the difference

Driving the rented vehicle on unpaved roads, in off-road areas, or on non-asphalted routes is considered a violation of the rental terms and conditions.

Any damage or wear caused under these conditions, as well as the related repair or vehicle transfer costs, will be borne exclusively by the renter.

In case of a flight delay, you do not need to worry.

Our staff monitors the arrival times of all flights in real-time, as well as any last-minute changes to the schedule.
