Termini e condizioni
Our prices include:
Drivers must be between 23 & 75 years old. The minimum age for car rental is 23 for all car categories, except for SUVs, where the driver must be at least 25 years old upon collection.
Required documents:
Driver’s License:
The driving license must be issued at least one year before the pick-up date. National Driving Licenses issued in the E.U. are accepted. Citizens of all other countries must have a valid International Driver’s License along with their regular Driver’s License.
Bookings and Vehicle Groups:
All reservations are based on vehicle groups and not on a specific vehicle model. We try to assign to each reservation the chosen vehicle model. However, if the chosen model becomes unavailable, our company reserves the right to offer a similar model. A similar model will be a vehicle in the same group – category as the chosen model. Also, our company reserves the right to offer a model of a bigger group – category with no extra charge (free upgrade).
Booking length, minimum rental charge:
The minimum booking length is 3 days.
If the renter wishes to keep the rental vehicle more from the agreed period, then the renter must contact us at least two days before the previously agreed vehicle return and request an extension. Based on availability, our company may or may not approve the extension. A rental extension will be valid only if the changes apply to the rental agreement.
Payment Options:
The deposit can be paid online from our website with credit, debit, and prepaid cards.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners & Discover.
All card payments are processed through the electronic payment platform “Nexi e-Commerce” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A., which uses encryption TLS 1.2 with encryption protocol 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer—SSL). Encryption is a way of coding information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
If you don’t have a debit/credit card, contact us to arrange a bank transfer in order to proceed with this booking.
The remaining rental balance is payable upon vehicle delivery, either in cash or by card.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel more than 48 hours prior to pick up time:
If you cancel a prepaid reservation more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, the prepaid deposit will be fully refunded.
Following a cancellation, the refund will be processed and credited to the same payment card used during the booking.
Please note that the release time of the refunded amount depends on the issuing bank of the respective credit or debit card.
Cancel within 48 hours prior to pick up time:
If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, the prepaid deposit will be non-refundable.
Late Returns:
The delay for up to 2 hours will not be charged extra. If the renter returns the vehicle after the agreed return time and beyond the time limits set above, without agreeing to an extension with our company, the renter will be charged daily according to the daily seasonal rate applicable on the specific dates.
Fuel Policy:
The renter has to return the vehicle with the same fuel level as delivered. If the renter returns the vehicle with less fuel level than was delivered, the renter will be charged the fuel difference. There is no refund if the renter returns the vehicle with more fuel level than was delivered. The renter has to pay for the fuel that will use during the rental period.
Car Replacement:
In the unfortunate event of an accident or breakdown that renders the vehicle unusable, we will provide a replacement car within 24 hours from the moment the incident is reported.
Our company reserves the right to investigate the circumstances of the accident or breakdown and may refuse vehicle replacement if the car was used in violation of the terms and conditions.
Baby, Child & Booster Seats:
We offer three different types of seats:
Additional Drivers:
The first additional driver is free of charge. From the second additional driver onwards, there is an extra charge per day.
Pets – Animals:
Are not allowed in the vehicle.
Vehicle Cleaning Charge:
Please keep the interior clean (litter/trash, sand, chocolate, dirt, etc.). Otherwise, additional charges will apply. The biological cleaning (deep cleaning) fee is 100 €. In cases where cleaning is required for only one piece of upholstery or one seat, or a child seat, and not the entire cabin, the charge is 40€.
No additional charges on flight delays:
Our staff is always updated about your arrival time and any last-minute changes to your flight schedule. They will be waiting for your arrival to hand over the vehicle you have booked.
INSURANCE COVERAGE
F.D.W. Full Damage Waiver Insurance with 0 excess amount
FDW insurance is included in our prices and covers:

Accident:
The renter must immediately contact the rental company for instructions. Leaving the scene without prior notice and an Accident Report from the insurance company is strictly prohibited. If contact is not possible, the police must be informed and an official report requested. In case of injury, notify the police or ambulance. Unreported damages will not be accepted upon vehicle return. Failure to report the incident results in full liability for repair costs.
Traffic fines or other administrative sanctions:
The renter must pay traffic fines, or any administrative sanctions may result from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law. The renter can pay the fines in cash or with a credit card.
Obligations – Other terms:
The renter must pay attention to the vehicle by checking its mechanical condition, oil, water, etc. Also, the renter must check the condition of the tires and if the vehicle can move safely. The renter is responsible and is obligated to compensate the company for damages resulting from lack of attention. Also has to park and lock the vehicle properly in an appropriate and safe place.
Our company has the right to cancel the rental agreement without any consequences if the renter is considered harmful to the company’s interests or violates either the traffic laws or the rental terms.

- Damages were caused because the vehicle was used off-road (e.g., Balos) or in not appropriate roads (not paved roads, dirt roads, beaches, etc.).
- Damages that were caused after the agreed return time.
- Damages to the underside of the vehicle.
- If the renter at the time of the accident does not notify our company and the police.
- Loss of personal items.
- Loss, damage, or theft of vehicle keys. The cost of the key replacement is borne solely by the renter.
- Total or part theft, in cases where the theft was caused due to renter’s negligence. (e.g., forgot the engine keys on the vehicle, when the renter does not have the key in their possession)
It is not allowed.
